Unit Session Percentage

Business Reports' conversion metric: units ordered divided by sessions — the number Amazon's own reporting treats as your listing conversion rate.

Unit Session Percentage lives in Business Reports (Detail Page Sales and Traffic) and divides units ordered by sessions — unique visits. It is the conversion denominator most operators quote, and it hides multi-unit orders inside the numerator, so it can exceed what an order-based rate would show.

Category context is everything: commodity consumables convert several times better than considered purchases. The useful discipline is trending your own USP per ASIN against its price changes, review milestones, and content edits — 10–14 days per read, one change at a time.

The numbers

  • Found in Business Reports → Detail Page Sales and Traffic, per ASIN per day.
  • Units ÷ sessions, so multi-unit orders inflate it versus an order-based conversion rate; compare only within the same definition.
