Who we are
WAYAMZ is an Amazon growth agency serving brands in the US and China. This policy explains what we collect when you visit wayamz.com or contact us about our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details — name, business email, brand / company, country, and anything else you choose to share when you email us or fill out an audit request.
- Basic analytics — pages visited, referrer, approximate region derived from IP, device category. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from this data.
- Account data shared under engagement — if we start working together, you may grant us Seller Central / Ads Console access. That data is used only to operate your account and is never sold or shared.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule an audit call
- To run Amazon operations on your behalf if you engage us
- To improve the content and structure of this site (aggregate analytics only)
- To send invoices and operational updates if we are under contract
We do not send marketing email to contacts who have not asked for it, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Data retention
We keep audit-request emails for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client operational data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, after which it is purged on request.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can ask us to show you what personal data we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email account@wayamz.com with the subject line "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses minimal first-party cookies for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time without affecting the usability of the site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 30 days.
