Amazon sends thousands of signals a week.
Listings, PPC, inventory, reviews, account health. Most of them look fine. A few of them are the whole story.
Illustrative signals drawn from anonymized client records.

Across 2,500+ SKUs, nobody reads every one by hand.
Our AI agents do: every listing, campaign and keyword, every day, with anything that moved flagged. That is how a 60% ACoS head term stops hiding behind the 10% campaign beside it.

AI-native team
Our agents read the account every day. A senior operator decides.
WAYAMZ runs on AI from the inside. Agents watch every listing, campaign, keyword and inventory position daily, draft the weekly review, and raise the alarm the moment something moves. What they never do is decide for you — every change still ships through a named operator.
01
Anomaly alerts, the same day
Buy Box loss, suppressed listings, spend spikes, rank drops and stock risk — flagged within hours, with the likely cause attached.
02
Weekly ad & keyword review
Every campaign and search term scored against its job: scale, negate, or leave alone. Drafted by the agent, signed by the operator.
03
Account performance summary
A plain-language weekly read of sales, TACoS, conversion and rank by ASIN, so the weekly call starts from the same page.

Keyword & listing intelligence
Search-term clustering, competitor movement and copy drafts — reviewed by the operator before they touch a listing.

$300K+/mo is our best-fit range. We review $150K–$300K accounts case by case; below $150K and scaling cleanly in-house, we will usually recommend that you keep going internally.
Questions
Questions you're asking.
How long before I see results?
We usually get the first clean signal within 10–14 days. Listing and PPC gains depend on the starting point, category, inventory, and traffic; the 90-day plan is the right window for deciding what is working. We do not promise fixed ranking or revenue outcomes.
How do you use AI?
We're an AI-native team. Our agents read every account daily—listings, campaigns, keywords, inventory, account health—flag anomalies the same day, and draft the weekly ad and keyword review plus a plain-language performance summary. A senior operator checks every recommendation before anything ships: AI does the reading, a named person owns the decision.
What's the minimum monthly GMV to work with you?
$300K+/mo is our best-fit range. We review $150K–$300K accounts case by case; below $150K, an in-house operator and a focused tool stack are usually more cost-effective. Pre-launch brands with a serious inventory plan are a separate conversation.
How is pricing structured?
Launch is $3–5K/mo plus a one-time setup fee. Growth and Scale add a performance bonus tied to incremental GMV or TACoS improvement. Final scope depends on catalog size, ad spend, and marketplace count; the first audit is free and carries no obligation to continue.
What's the contract length? Can I exit if it's not working?
Standard is 6 months with a 60-day out after the first 90 days — enough runway to evaluate performance without locking you into an arrangement that is not working. There is no early-termination penalty when the out-clause is exercised in good faith.
I'm already with another agency — is switching worth it?
It can be if the answer to "what did my agency ship last week?" is unclear. Onboarding usually takes about 2 weeks alongside the current team; we review the last 90 days of decisions and document exactly what will change before taking over.
Leave with a sharper next move.
We inspect the operating evidence with you, then write down the three priorities we would act on first.
