Nine years running Amazon for ambitious brands.
WAYAMZ is an Amazon growth agency with US-time-zone operators and a Shenzhen ops pod. Since 2017 we've helped 50+ brands — split roughly evenly across US and China origins — go from SKU to category leader on Amazon US.
Not an outsourced black box. A visible bilingual bench.
These images are privacy-cleaned and stripped of metadata. They show the office, collaboration context, Seattle perspective, and industry-learning texture behind the work. Event imagery does not imply Amazon endorsement.
Why we exist.
We started in 2017 after watching great products get buried on Amazon because their teams were optimizing for the wrong thing — pretty storefronts instead of ranking signals, translated copy instead of American-buyer copy, one-shot launches instead of compounding listings.
The gap was especially loud for cross-border brands. US agencies didn't speak the factory's language; China agencies didn't read the American shopper. Both sides lost margin in the hand-off.
So we built a single bench that does both. US-time-zone operators for buyer-facing work, a Shenzhen pod for manufacturing-side coordination and bilingual ops, one shared toolchain. Nine years later, we're still doing it — for brands from Shenzhen and San Francisco alike.
Four principles, kept on the wall.
Operator-first
We came up running listings, not selling consulting. Every recommendation gets road-tested on real ASINs before it touches your account.
Bilingual by design
Not a translator on retainer. Our US and Shenzhen operators both run live ops — the handoff is inside one tool, in real time.
Measured, not theatrical
One variable at a time, 10–14 day reads, clean attribution. If we can't explain which change moved which number, we don't ship.
Long-horizon
We've kept brands on for five+ years because we're not playing for quick wins. Compounding beats one-shot campaigns every time.
Where we draw the line.
Plenty of agencies will take the check first and figure out the rest later. Here's what we tell people up front we won't do.
Shopify / DTC-only work without Amazon in play
We know our edge. If Amazon isn't in the plan, you'll get better help from a DTC-native shop.
Launch-and-dip engagements
We only take on brands committed to at least 6 months. Amazon reads don't stabilize faster than that, and we're not interested in campaigns that look good at day 30 and fall apart at day 120.
Gray-hat tactics
No incentivized reviews, no black-hat PPC, no competitor-listing sabotage. We've seen the account-suspension inboxes that result — not worth it for us or you.
Direct competitors of existing clients
If we already run a brand in your sub-category, we won't take on a direct competitor. Conflict-of-interest is not a thing we negotiate around.
Senior operators. Every account gets a principal, not a junior AM.
We staff by capability, not seat count. Your account is worked on by operators who have shipped the thing before — not learning on your dime.
PPC & advertising
10+ years running Amazon Ads across SP / SB / SD / DSP. Categories spanning consumer electronics, home & kitchen, pet, supplements, outdoor. TACoS-first optimization, not just ACOS chasing.
Catalog & compliance
Brand Registry, A+, variation architecture, suppression & suspension recovery. We've written the post-mortems you don't want to write yourself.
Creative direction
Main image, A+, EBC, short-form video. Every asset briefed against a ranking hypothesis, then A/B tested — no hero-shots for the sake of it.
Bilingual account management
Native-level English and Mandarin operators, PST primary with CST overlap. Slack / WeChat / Feishu — whichever channel your team actually lives in. Firm reply SLAs (24–48h by tier) live on the pricing page.
PPC changes shipped
Listings updated
Creatives A/B tested
Client reports sent
We deliberately don't publish individual bios. Our clients get a principal they can call — that's the bio that matters.
Seattle, WA
HQ for buyer-facing work: listings, creative direction, PPC, retail ops, customer service. PST primary, EST overlap.
Shenzhen · WeWork
Manufacturing-side coordination, bilingual ops, QC escalations, Feishu threads with the factory. CST hours.
