Amazon PPC management
Amazon PPC managed by a named operator, not a pool of analysts.
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP run as one full-funnel system. Our AI agents read your campaigns, keywords, and spend every day and flag anomalies the same day; a senior operator reviews every change before it ships — and can always tell you what changed last week and why.
Founded 2017 · 50+ brands · One named senior operator per account · Seattle + Shenzhen
What's included
Full-funnel campaign architecture
SP / SB / SD / DSP structured around TACoS and contribution margin, not per-campaign ACoS vanity targets. Budget concentrates on keywords that actually convert.
Bid, budget, and placement tuning
Continuous adjustment against your targets, with a weekly ad and keyword review drafted by our AI agents and approved by your operator before anything changes.
Negative-keyword and search-term hygiene
Systematic harvesting of converting search terms and pruning of wasted spend — the unglamorous work that compounds quarter after quarter.
Weekly performance reporting
A plain-language summary of what we changed, what it did, and the next read — connected to sales, rank, and inventory context, not a screenshot of a dashboard.
How we run it
One variable at a time
Every change is designed to produce a clean attribution read in 10–14 days. We don't ship five tweaks at once, because then nobody can tell you which one moved the number.
AI reads, a named person decides
Agents watch every campaign daily and flag spend spikes, rank drops, and wasted budget the same day. A senior operator with 9 years on Amazon US decides which signal to trust.
TACoS over theater
We optimize total advertising cost of sale against organic growth — the number that shows whether ads are building your business or renting your sales.
You can always audit us
Ask "what did you ship last week?" and you get a specific answer with evidence. If your current agency can't answer that, that's usually why brands switch to us.
From the operating record
Anonymized engagements with the problem, the approach, and the recorded outcome. Client identities withheld where required.
Transparent pricing
Growth tier — where most PPC engagements sit
$6,000–$12,000/mo + performance bonus
Performance bonus is tied to incremental GMV or TACoS improvement, so we win when you win. Launch-stage brands start at $3,000–$5,000/mo. Final scope depends on catalog size, ad spend, and marketplace count.
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute audit — a working session, not a sales call. About half end with us recommending you stay in-house. Standard contract: 6 months with a 60-day out after the first 90 days.
Common questions
- How fast will I see PPC results?
- We usually get the first clean signal within 10–14 days per change. Meaningful TACoS improvement depends on your starting point, category, inventory, and traffic; the 90-day plan is the right window for judging what's working. We do not promise fixed ACoS or revenue outcomes.
- Do you manage DSP too?
- Yes — DSP is included in Scale-tier engagements and available where the funnel supports it. We only recommend DSP when your SP/SB/SD foundation and retargeting pools justify the spend.
- What's the minimum account size?
- Our best-fit range is $300K+/mo GMV on Amazon US. We review $150K–$300K accounts case by case; below that, an in-house operator with a focused tool stack is usually more cost-effective — and we'll tell you so in the audit.
- I already have an agency. Is switching worth it?
- It can be if you can't get a clear answer to "what did my agency ship last week?" Onboarding takes about 2 weeks alongside your current team; we review the last 90 days of decisions and document exactly what will change before taking over.
