Ships in Product Packaging (SIPP)
The certification that lets your product ship in its own box — no Amazon overbox — earning a per-unit fulfillment discount for packaging that survives the gauntlet.
SIPP (successor to Frustration-Free Packaging tiers) certifies that your packaging ships as-is: passes drop and vibration testing (ISTA-6 style), seals without an Amazon overbox, and carries the label properly. Certified ASINs earn per-unit fulfillment fee discounts — modest per unit, meaningful at velocity — and skip the dimensional lottery of overboxing.
It rewards packaging engineering twice: the discount itself, plus overbox-free dimensions that sometimes drop a size tier. E-commerce-native packaging (right-sized, protective, unboxing-decent) is the same work; SIPP is Amazon paying you back for it. Enrollment runs per-ASIN through testing and self-certification paths.
