Amazon's hold-your-own-USD account — park disbursements in dollars, convert when rates suit you, and transfer at tiered FX pricing instead of eating the automatic ACCS spread.
Seller Wallet inserts a controllable step between sales and your bank: disbursements land in a wallet as USD, and you decide when to convert and transfer, at published tiered rates that undercut the ACCS default for most volumes. Timing control matters for sellers paying Chinese suppliers — hold USD, pay USD invoices, convert only the remainder.
It competes directly with cross-border fintech accounts; the comparison is rates at your volume, supported destinations, and workflow. Its structural advantage is being inside Amazon — no third-party onboarding, disbursement risk, or payout-account verification friction.
