Seller Café (at Accelerate)
The in-person support desk at Amazon Accelerate — pre-booked one-on-one appointments with Amazon's own teams, where chronic account problems meet a human with internal access.
The Seller Café is Accelerate's appointment area: sellers reserve slots with teams across catalog, FBA, account health, advertising, and brand protection, and sit down with people who can look at internal tooling while you talk. It converts the support experience from asynchronous case ping-pong into a working session.
Preparation decides outcomes: bring the case history (IDs, dates, what support already said), the specific ASINs, and one clearly framed ask per appointment. The recurring wins reported by attendees: GL and category corrections, stuck detail-page fixes, reinstatement guidance with specifics, and honest readings of ambiguous policy — the exact classes of problem that stall for months in the ticket queue.
The numbers
- Format: pre-booked 1:1 appointments at Accelerate (September, Seattle) with Amazon teams by specialty.
- Best-suited problems: stuck catalog/GL issues, chronic support-case loops, account-health guidance.
- Slots exhaust quickly after booking opens — schedule early, bring case IDs and ASINs.
