Amazon Accelerate
Amazon's own annual seller conference — every September in Seattle — where features launch on stage, roadmaps leak in sessions, and the Seller Café books you face-to-face time with actual Amazon support.
Accelerate (September 22–24 for 2026) is the one event Amazon itself runs for sellers: product announcements that later trickle into Seller Central, session tracks by discipline, an Innovation Hub to try unreleased tools, Partner Connect for vetted service providers — and the Seller Café, where you pre-book one-on-one appointments with Amazon teams to work real account problems in person.
The operator's playbook: book Seller Café slots the moment scheduling opens (they exhaust fast) and arrive with case IDs, ASINs, and documentation — a stuck catalog issue that ate six months of support cases has repeatedly been fixed in a twenty-minute table conversation. The announcements are news; the appointments are the ROI.
