Listing Quality Dashboard (LQD)
Seller Central's attribute-defect radar — which listings are missing the data that drives suppression risk, lost filter visibility, and weak Item Highlights — the punch list for catalog hygiene.
The Listing Quality Dashboard aggregates listing defects: missing or invalid attributes, image and title issues, and items at risk of suppression, ranked with recommended fixes. It reflects what search filters and Item Highlights actually consume — a listing invisible to the size filter is losing traffic no keyword work recovers.
Treat it as a weekly punch list with a bulk workflow: export issues, fix via flat file, verify clearance. Its quiet importance grew with structured-data surfaces (Highlights, Rufus parsing, 75-character titles moving data into attributes) — attribute completeness stopped being cosmetic sometime around 2024.
The numbers
- Surfaces: missing/invalid attributes, suppression-risk items, image/title defects, with recommended actions.
- Attribute gaps cost filtered-search visibility and Item Highlights — fix via flat file at bulk.
