Amazon SEND
Amazon's cross-border booking service for China-based sellers — parcels, air, and LCL sea booked inside Seller Central, paid domestically, tracked into the FBA network end to end.
SEND lives in the China seller console: book cross-border legs — express parcel, air freight, and less-than-container sea — at Amazon-negotiated rates, pay in local currency through the seller account, and let tracking flow natively into Send to Amazon shipments. It is AGL's small-and-mid-shipment sibling: AGL books containers; SEND books everything below one.
Its fit is the replenishment middle: too small for an FCL, too routine to hand-manage through a forwarder each time. Rates versus a good freight forwarder vary by lane and season — the operating pattern mirrors AGL's: run SEND as one lane in a two-provider setup, and let landed-cost-per-kg comparisons decide each booking rather than loyalty.
