Amazon Brand Lift

Survey-based measurement of what your upper-funnel ads actually changed — awareness, consideration, purchase intent — asked of exposed versus control audiences instead of inferred from clicks.

Brand Lift runs polls through Amazon's survey panel against matched exposed and unexposed audiences of your DSP (and qualifying) campaigns, reporting lift on awareness, ad recall, consideration, and intent. It answers the question click metrics structurally cannot: did anyone who saw this remember or want anything.

Free for qualifying campaign spend, it turns branding budgets from faith into measurement. Design constraint: lift studies need audience scale — small campaigns produce unreadable confidence intervals. Use it to settle the annual argument about whether the awareness spend did anything, with data instead of anecdotes.

The numbers

  • Method: surveys to matched exposed vs. control groups; metrics: awareness, ad recall, consideration, intent.
