Sponsored TV
Amazon's self-service streaming TV ads — brand video on Prime Video, Twitch, and Fire TV inventory with no minimum spend, bringing TV branding into the sponsored-ads console.
Sponsored TV lets brand-registered sellers run streaming TV campaigns from the same console as their Sponsored ads: video creative served across Amazon's connected-TV inventory, targeted with Amazon's shopping signals, billed by impressions with no minimum budget — dismantling the old DSP-only barrier to CTV.
It is a branding instrument, not a performance one: measure it in Brand Metrics trends, branded-search volume, and new-to-brand movement over quarters — anyone reading next-day ROAS on a TV campaign is misreading the tool. Entry point that works: retargeting-adjacent audiences in categories where consideration is long and visual demonstration sells.
The numbers
- Inventory: Prime Video, Twitch, Fire TV channels; billed on impressions; no minimum spend.
- Requires Brand Registry + video creative; measured properly via Brand Metrics/branded search, not next-day ROAS.
