Basic A+ is available to every Brand Registry seller at no cost: up to seven modules per listing chosen from roughly seventeen standard layouts — banner images, spec grids, comparison charts, brand story. It replaces the plain-text description on desktop and in the app, and Amazon's own published figure puts its average sales lift at up to 8%.

Premium A+ is the bigger canvas: full-width modules, embedded video, hover hotspots that reveal details on an image, interactive image carousels, and enhanced comparison tables. Amazon's published lift figure is up to 20%. It used to be an invite-only, five-figure managed product; today it is free once a brand qualifies — in 2026 that means a published Brand Story plus five A+ projects approved in the past 12 months (loosened from the original fifteen).

Two operator notes. First, module text is machine-read now — Rufus and search parse A+ text fields, so keep claims in crawlable fields rather than flattened into JPEGs. Second, the comparison-chart module is the single highest-leverage block in either tier: it answers the 'versus' question on your own listing before a competitor's ad does. If you qualify for Premium, the video module is the next priority — motion answers fit-and-size doubts no static image can.
