Seller University hosts Amazon's own courses: onboarding paths, FBA mechanics, advertising basics, brand tools, compliance — in video and text, free, in multiple languages including Chinese. It is deliberately fundamentals-first: what the systems are and how to operate them, not competitive strategy.

Its best organizational use is training infrastructure: new team members complete relevant tracks before touching the account, which standardizes vocabulary and prevents the expensive category of mistakes that come from not knowing what a button does. Strategy still comes from operating; mechanics can come from here for free.
