Request a Review button
The one-click compliant review ask — Amazon's own template, sent 5–30 days after delivery, in the buyer's language, with zero policy risk — the default solicitation most sellers should simply automate.
The Request a Review button (per order, in Manage Orders) triggers Amazon's standardized review-and-feedback request: Amazon's wording, Amazon's timing window (5–30 days post-delivery), buyer's language, product image included. Because Amazon composes it, it cannot violate messaging policy — the entire compliance question disappears.
Tools automate the click across all orders, and the measured lift in review rates over no-solicitation is meaningful. It counts as the order's review ask — pairing it with a custom Messaging request duplicates and risks violation. For most sellers the review strategy is simply: automate this, enroll launches in Vine, and let product quality do the rest.
The numbers
- Mechanics: per-order button, Amazon-composed message, sendable 5–30 days after delivery, buyer's language.
- Counts as the single review request — do not stack a custom Messaging ask on top.
