Category Listing Report
The hidden export of your entire live catalog — every attribute exactly as Amazon holds it — unlocked only by asking Seller Support, and the mandatory backup before any catalog surgery.
The Category Listing Report is a flat-file export of your live listings with all attributes as they exist in Amazon's catalog — not what you once uploaded, but what survived feeds, merges, and silent catalog rewrites. It is not in the reports menu: you request activation from Seller Support, it appears in Inventory Reports temporarily.
Two uses make it essential: forensic truth when a listing misbehaves (comparing the CLR against your intended data finds silent overwrites), and the pre-surgery backup — pulled before variation restructures, brand migrations, or bulk edits, it is the rollback copy that turns catalog disasters into ten-minute restores.
The numbers
- Access: request activation via Seller Support case; appears temporarily under Inventory Reports.
- Contents: live catalog state with full attributes — the rollback backup before any bulk change.
