Amazon Resale (Warehouse Deals)

Amazon's own used-and-open-box store — where your FBA customer returns resurface as discounted 'Used - Like New' offers sold by Amazon, competing on your listing whether you noticed or not.

Returns that grade sellable-but-not-new flow into Amazon Resale (formerly Warehouse Deals): Amazon retails them as used-condition offers on your own detail page at a discount. For buyers it is a bargain channel; for brands it is unplanned price competition from your own returned units, occasionally winning budget-minded Featured Offer placements.

Levers are limited but real: tighter return-worthiness (packaging that survives the round trip keeps units grading New), Grade and Resell (intercept returns and sell them under your account instead), and removal settings that pull unsellables before they re-enter anywhere. Watching the used-offer count on hero ASINs belongs in the same daily scan as Featured Offer share.

The numbers

  • Pipeline: FBA returns grading used-sellable → Amazon retails them as discounted used offers on your listing.
  • Counters: packaging that survives returns, Grade and Resell interception, and vigilant used-offer monitoring.
