Amazon's dropshipping policy

Amazon permits fulfillment by third parties only when you are identified as the seller on packing slips, invoices, and packaging, you have agreed terms with your supplier, and you own returns handling. Ordering from another retailer and having them ship to your customer — with their branding in the box — is explicitly prohibited.

Enforcement reads signals at scale: retailer packing slips reported by buyers, tracking IDs from consumer retail accounts, complaint patterns. The compliant version is indistinguishable from wholesale with vendor-direct fulfillment — real supplier agreements, your branding on documents, and your team answering the returns. If your model depends on the customer never looking in the box, it is the banned version.
