Commingled (stickerless) inventory

With stickerless commingling, Amazon treats identical manufacturer-barcoded units as interchangeable: an order sold by you may ship a unit physically sourced from another seller of the same barcode. The efficiency is real, and so is the transitive risk — a counterfeit introduced by anyone in the pool can ship against your offer and become your negative review, A-to-z claim, or authenticity complaint.

Resellers of genuine national brands sometimes accept the trade. Private-label brands should not: FNSKU labeling costs cents per unit and walls your inventory off completely. If you ever commingled a now-FNSKU'd product, remember the historical pool can still haunt old stock.
