低库存水平费
库存长期低于约 28 天历史供货天数时的按件附加费——亚马逊把你『跑太瘦』造成的网络成本记回你头上。
触发条件：30 天和 90 天历史供货天数**同时**低于 28 天（按 FNSKU 计）。2026 费率 $0.32–$1.11/件，按尺寸档和低多少分级；1 月 15 日起扩展到 Bulky 件。解法是按『周覆盖数』定补货节奏，进口长交期的品在上游（AWD 或 3PL）备缓冲，让 FBA 几天内就能补上。这笔费本质上是『没人每周盯周覆盖』的罚款。
