老龄库存附加费
在 FBA 放超过 181 天的库存，按立方英尺逐月加收的惩罚性费用——不盯 sell-through 的话，慢动销 SKU 会被它拖成负毛利。
阶梯（叠加在正常仓储费之上）：181–210 天约 $0.50/立方英尺，241–270 天 $1.50,271–300 天 $5.45,365 天以上 $6.90（或每件 $0.15 取大者）。库龄按件先进先出计——卖掉新货不会重置旧货的表。对策是每月一次老龄盘点：接近 181 天的每个 SKU 必须有个决定——折价清、移除、或者有意识地为真季节品交这笔钱。最贵的结局永远是『没人决定』。
